Product Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health & personal care items
  • Opened oils or diffusers that have been used

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Sale items are non-refundable—only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • We only replace defective or damaged items.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@lessencearoma.com with your request.

Shipping & Returns

1. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • If returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

2. Delivery & Processing

  • Please allow 15 business days for processing refunds or exchanges.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon approval of your refund or exchange.

2. Product Compatibility Disclaimer

To ensure optimal performance, only L’Essence Paris Aroma oils should be used with our diffusers. We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party oils. Any repairs needed due to unauthorized oils will incur a service fee.


Gifts & Store Credit

  • If a returned item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
